Every House of Zayer gown is personally designed and handcrafted for one client from start to finish.
Only a limited number of custom gowns are accepted each season, allowing every design to receive the time, attention, and craftsmanship it deserves.
Your Design Level is determined by the silhouette, construction, fabrics, embellishments, and detail required to bring your vision to life. Final pricing is provided after your design consultation.
Bridal gowns are offered separately through the House of Zayer Bridal Experience.

From your first consultation through your final reveal, every stage of your experience is personally guided by Zayer.
Your gown is designed exclusively around your measurements, proportions, event, and vision. It is never mass produced or passed between multiple designers, sales representatives, or manufacturers.
Every gown begins with a handcrafted corset, creating the structure, support, and sculpted fit that defines the finished silhouette.
House of Zayer gowns are designed and handcrafted in the United States for clients throughout the country and around the world.
Your experience may be completed virtually, in person, or through a combination of both.

The Process
Step 1 | Design Consultation
Your experience begins with a private design consultation where we will discuss your inspiration, event, silhouette, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and finishing details.
Whether you arrive with a complete vision or only a few ideas, you will be personally guided through the design process. Your measurements will also be taken or guided virtually during your appointment.
Consultation Investment
Prom: $60
Evening Wear: $50
Bridal: $100
Your consultation investment is credited toward the cost of your gown when you move forward with your order.

Step 2 | Reserve Your Production
Following your consultation, you will receive your custom design sketch, contract, and invoice.
Once your design has been approved, a 50% deposit and signed contract reserve your place on the House of Zayer production schedule.
Two Installment and Flex 4 payment options are available. Eligibility may vary depending on your total investment and event date.

Step 3 | Construction and First Fitting
Your gown begins with a handcrafted corset created for your measurements. Once your gown reaches the first fitting stage, it will be shipped to you for a private Zoom or FaceTime fitting with the designer.
During this appointment, we will evaluate the fit, proportions, silhouette, and length before final construction is completed.
A complimentary prepaid UPS return label is provided for the gown to be returned to the studio for any necessary refinements, hand finishing, and embellishment.

Step 4 | Final Reveal
Once your gown is complete, we will meet for a final virtual appointment to review the finished design and craftsmanship.
After your approval your final payment is due, your gown will undergo a complete quality inspection and be professionally prepared for delivery.

Step 5 | Delivery
Complimentary shipping within the United States is included with every custom gown.
Final deliveries are shipped with UPS Signature Confirmation.
Worldwide shipping is available. International shipping rates are calculated according to the destination.

Important Information
Estimated Production Times
Prom: 4 to 9 months
Evening Wear: 1 to 3 months
Bridal: 4 months to 2 years
Production time depends on the complexity of the design, selected materials, embellishments, fitting schedule, and event date.
Prom bookings open August 1 for the following prom season. Early booking is recommended because only a limited number of gowns are accepted.

Consultations are offered on select Saturdays and Sundays. Availability is released one month at a time.
Preparing for Your Consultation
Please have the following ready:
• Inspiration photos
• A soft measuring tape
• A fitted top
• Leggings or bike shorts
• The undergarments you plan to wear with your gown, when applicable
• Heels similar in height to those planned for your event
Virtual clients should join from a well lit space with enough room to stand and move comfortably. You will be personally guided through every required measurement.
Custom Gown Policy
Because every gown is designed and handcrafted exclusively for one client, all approved custom gown orders are final.
House of Zayer does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom gowns. Design changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or changes to the production timeline.
