From your consultation through your final fitting, every stage of your experience is personally guided by Zayer, your designer.
Your gown is created exclusively around your measurements, proportions, wedding, and vision. It is never mass produced or passed between multiple designers or manufacturers.
House of Zayer bridal gowns are designed and handcrafted in the United States for brides throughout the country and around the world.
Your experience may be completed entirely in person, entirely virtually, or through a combination of both.

The Bridal Process
Step 1 | Bridal Consultation
Your experience begins with a private consultation to discuss your wedding, inspiration, silhouette, fabrics, embellishments, and finishing details.
Zayer will personally guide you through the design process and take your measurements in person or guide you through them virtually.
Bridal Consultation

Your consultation is credited toward the cost of your gown when you move forward.

Step 2 | Reserve Your Production
Following your consultation, you will receive your custom design sketch, contract, and invoice.
A signed contract and 50% deposit reserve your place on the production schedule.
Two Installment and Flex 4 payment options are available. Eligibility may vary depending on your total investment and wedding date.

Step 3 | Construction and First Fitting
Your gown begins with a handcrafted corset created for your measurements.
Once the gown reaches the first fitting stage, Zayer will evaluate the fit, proportions, silhouette, structure, and length before completing the design.
Your fitting may take place in person at the studio or virtually through Zoom or FaceTime.
Virtual brides will receive a complimentary prepaid return label so the gown can be returned for alterations and finishing.

Step 4 | Alterations and Additional Fittings
After your first fitting, all necessary alterations and refinements will be completed.
Bridal gowns are not limited to a specific number of fittings. As many fittings as the gown requires will be scheduled to achieve the intended fit and finish.
Additional fittings may take place in person or virtually.

Step 5 | Final Fitting and Approval
Once your gown is complete, we will meet for your final fitting and approval.
If additional alterations are needed, they will be completed before your gown is prepared for delivery. Your gown is not considered finished until the necessary alterations are addressed and you approve the final result.
The final fitting may take place in person or virtually.

Step 6 | Delivery
After your final approval and remaining payment, your gown will receive a complete quality inspection.
You may collect your gown from the studio or receive complimentary shipping within the United States with UPS Signature Confirmation.
Worldwide shipping is available. International shipping rates are calculated according to the destination.

Preparing for Your Consultation
Please have the following ready:
• Inspiration photos
• A soft measuring tape
• A fitted top
• Leggings or bike shorts
• Your planned undergarments or shape wear, when applicable
• Heels similar in height to those planned for your wedding
Virtual brides should join from a well lit space with enough room to stand and move comfortably. Zayer will personally guide you through every required measurement.

Because every gown is custom designed and handcrafted for one bride, all approved orders are final.
House of Zayer does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom bridal gowns. Design changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or changes to the production timeline.
